|Push-up||You use the supporting bar(30cm height)
You put your foots together, and do not bend your knees.
You straighten your body from head to tiptoe.
When you push down, upper arm should parallel to the ground, and when you push up, your elbows should be straightened.
It will not be counted when knees reach the ground or chest reaching the supporting bar.
|The 1,500-meter race (female : 1,200m)||Start the race with testee's bell signal.
After passing through the finish line, you will receive 'the number tag'.
After passing through the finish line, you must walk on the track 1-turn.
