It is a place for the cadets to enjoy their hobbies in their leisure time. Usually cadets go to the karaoke or billiard room. And there is a small theater for cadets' education. Also there is a souvenir shop for guest of ROK AFA.

Cadets come here to socialize with each other. There is a physical training room where cadets can exercise, which is somewhat smaller version of the Ace Center. There also is a BX and a kitchen for cadets to cook and eat snacks. And there is a bathhouse for female cadets

The welfare hall is located between the mess hall and the dormitories. For the cadets' convenience, there is a barbershop, a laundry, and a clothing repair place. Also, there is a bathhouse for male cadets.

The mess hall can accomodate entire cadets at the same time. There is a stage in front of the mess hall that is used for special events. There are also projectors in order to show the news or to conduct troop information and education.(TI&E)

The aerospace medical center was founded to take care of the cadets' and servicemen's health. It was established on March 15th 1991, and in August 7th 1993, the high-tech equipment for systematic research & measurement of aeroal workers' aptitudes was established completely. There are departments of internal, surgery, dental surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and dermatology. There also is an X-ray room, a pathology room, a pharmacy and much more. Military doctors, nurses, and medical servicemen administer medical examinations and treatment operations.

The sky park is a beautiful park overlooking the campus with a large gazebo and a lake with lively carps. The seasonal changes of the leaves are especially magnificent to see. There is a stage which is used for some occuasions. It is a wonderful place for leisure time parties and activities.
