Military Training Courses

The military training course is divided into three training sections provisional entrance training, the summertime military training and aviation aptitude cultivation training.
Provisional Basic Military Training
Provisional Basic Military Training
Grade New cadets
Period 5 weeks (before entrance)
Objects Getting the military spirit, physical appearance and attitude required as a cadet through basic military training.Fitting into cadet life

The new students become a cadet following this course and the entrance ceremony.

Summertime Military Training

Five weeks from July to August include Basic Military Reinforcement Training Ⅰ(the first year), Parachute Training(the first year), Returning Alive in the Water(the first year), Overcoming Obstacles on the Mountain Training(the second year), Basic Military Reinforcement Training Ⅱ(the second year), Airborne Drop Training(the third year), Commanding Practice (the fourth year), Ground Firing Training(All year).

Basic Military Reinforcement Training Ⅰ /Ⅱ
  • Grade : 4th / 3rd classmen
  • Period : 1 week / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : Repetitive and practical application of basic military knowledge which they have practiced through the Provisional Entrance Training period.
Aviation Aptitude Cultivation Training (Parachute Training)
  • Grade : 4th / 3rd classmen
  • Period : 1 week and three days / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : Getting space adaptive capability and aviation sense through paragliding and hang gliding aviation experiences
Returning-Alive Adaptation Training on the Ground
  • Grade : 4th classmen
  • Period : 2 days / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : Through the march on the ground/the mountain and outdoor camping, practicing basic returning alive training
Returning-Alive Training in the Water
  • Grade : 4th classmen
  • Period : 1 week / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : By practicing swimming, improving their swimming skills and self-control which are required for pilots' survival in an emergency
Overcoming Obstacles on the Mountain Training
  • Grade : 3rd classmen
  • Period : 1 week / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : Improving physical ability and cultivating courage required for a soldier
Returning-Alive Training in the Sea
  • Grade : 3rd classmen
  • Period : 1 week / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : Through the physical training and practicing swimming in the sea, cadets will cultivating the ability required to return alive from the sea
Airborne Dropping Training
  • Grade : 2nd classmen
  • Period : 3 week / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : By carrying out Parachute Training, required for pilots' survival in an emergency, improving their physical strength and self-control
Flight Aptitude Cultivation Training
  • Grade : 2nd classmen
  • Period : 3 week / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : By carrying out Parachute Training, required for pilots' survival in an emergency, improving their physical strength and self-control
Commanding Practice
  • Grade : 1st classmen
  • Period : 3 week / Summertime Military Training
  • Objects : Enhancing the capacity to command effectively through various training

The Others

Ground firing Training
  • Grade : All classmen
  • Period : Twice a year / Summertime Military Training and winter season
  • Objects : By practicing firing and understanding rifle and pistol theory, improving fighting and base-defense efficiency required of an officer
Driving Lesson
  • Grade : 1st classmen
  • Period : the whole year
  • Objects : With this lesson, cadets learn how to drive a car
