Introduction
We are maximizing our efforts to produce professional elite Air Force officers who will be the core of 21st century aerospace leadership. All KAFA personnel share in this vision, and in order to realize our goal the three following areas receive special emphasis.
High Emphasis Areas
Improving Cadet Education & Training
KAFA recruits highly selective cadets in order to produce Air Force officers equipped with a strong sense of responsibility, a noble character for a democratic society, strong physical health, and the capability for becoming military specialists. KAFA also conducts its educational curriculum using creativity, promoting character programs in order to foster better officer development, and conducting military drills and combat training programs.
Improving Professor and Training Officer Capabilities
KAFA professors and training officers are responsible for development of cadet knowledge and character as the main body that plans and implements the KAFA curriculum. KAFA retains highly motivated professors and training officers through active public recruitment and by providing many self-improvement opportunities for our staff and faculty to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Developing an Information-Oriented Academic Environment
We are creating a cyber-education environment for exchanging and integrating with other academic institutions in order to meet developments in the information age, with the additional mission of preparing our future officers for an information warfare environment.
